A great space for photo shoots, film and videography projects, celebratory gatherings, business meetings, etc. The place also encompasses a tranquil outdoor courtyard creating an exotic travel experience. Upon entering you're greeted by layers of art and design both modern and retro futuristic. While moving throughout the space, you’re embodied with warm and serene emotions through visual stimulation.

What a spectacular space and a supremely gracious host. I celebrated my 40th birthday in the space and it was the perfect environment for an intimate gathering of family and friends. Not to mention, Bill was a phenomenal host: easygoing and excellent communication. I highly recommend this space for any special occasion.

Wow just wow!!! Love this house…I chose this house for my mom’s 90th bday party because it was so different and eclectic. The inside of the house has an array of different seating to sit and talk and every nook has a captivating eye piece to keep you intrigued. The backyard area is a good area for your DJ set up, dancing and especially when lit up at night. The owner, Bill, was prompt with answers to my questions throughout the whole process of renting. He helped with giving me ideas on where to put my decorations even though with this house there is no need for decorating as the house speaks for itself. Parking was also easy for all my guest. Overall a great experience!

I was speechless when I walked into Bill's space--STUNNING. It's an incredibly unique space with an intimate, eccentric and bold design. Bill's communication was quick, efficient and consistent. He was very hospitable and accommodating. I highly recommend this space for anyone who wants a space that will elevate their visual projects. 10 stars out of 5!
