- IMPORTANT: Although the main floor has both a walk-out balcony and a Juliet balcony, use of the balcony spaces isn't included in this booking due to the risk of our indoor cats escaping. Please DO NOT open the balcony doors for any reason (such as for lighting equipment), and please refrain from booking our space if this will be an issue. - For the same reason, please do not open the door to the fire escape or any windows. - Non-smoking home. - We love your pets, but for our cats' comfort we sadly can't accommodate them. - Access to our bedroom is not included unless discussed at the time of booking. - Cleaning fee is included in the hourly rate, although guests are expected to tidy up after themselves and leave the space in the same condition they found it in. - We can move around the coffee table, dining table, cat tree, and any chairs; otherwise, we'd like to avoid rearranging any furniture. - Per Peerspace's policy, overtime will be billed in half-hour increments. The space must be vacated and all items brought into the space must be removed by the end time of your booking. Overtime will be billed at a rate of 1.5 times our stated hourly rate. - Please bring only the number of guests agreed upon in the booking. Groups larger than 4 are subject to an incremental hourly charge.

If you'd like to move any decor, please ask. We can move around the coffee table, dining table, cat tree, and any chairs; otherwise, we'd like to avoid rearranging any furniture. Please don't move any wall decor.
