Welcome to the Pink Palace in St Johns! I'd be a Lyin' Ryan if i said I wasn't inspired by the movie Coraline as i decorated this 1905 gem. DETAILS: -spacious four bedroom two bath 1905 home on 3 levels -original refinished fir floors -unsettling decor -tall ceilings and windows that fill the home with light -large living room with baby grand piano -two full size leather sofas -one smaller bedroom with full bed, dresser , and closet on main floor -3 bedroom upstairs, including one with two full size antique beds, one with a queen size wicker bed, and one with a California king size bed in gothic black wrought iron (nothing underneath the bed I checked) -main floor bathroom with shower, antique cast iron porcelain tub and sink. -upstairs bathroom with antique claw foot tub and vanity -televisions in living area and two bedrooms -basement laundry area + storage

Cancellation Policy

Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and 7 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price.
