About the Space
Located steps away from the TD Garden, and within proximity to the North End, Haymarket, and Financial District. The meeting room is quiet and comes equipped with a mounted TV screen essential for virtual calls. Amenities include a television with basic cable and a couch for a quick reset. There is also a Bevi machine with an assortment of flavored water in the lobby to choose from. The space has wonderful artwork that displays the history of the city. This is the ultimate atmosphere to get stuff done!

General Rules
Smoking is not allowed anywhere on the property, including all balconies, courtyards, rooftops, and any other outdoor spaces. This includes cigarettes, marijuana, and vaping.
Noise complaints or unruly behavior may result in full forfeiture of reservation.
Service animals are permitted if documentation is provided and verified by building management.
You must abide by all posted rules and signage relating to Community parking. Your vehicle may be towed if it is parked in violation of rules and signage or in an unauthorized location.
Belongings may not be stored onsite before or after a reservation.
You must abide by all posted hours, rules and regulations.

Security cameras and recording devices
There is a security camera in the space that will be recording to ensure that all building rules and regulations are being followed, while also providing you with safety while utilizing our space.
Recording devices in bathrooms or dressing rooms are prohibited by the Peerspace Services Agreement.

The space is professionally cleaned every day. All surfaces are wiped down to make sure it is a sanitized environment for your and your guests.
Enhanced cleaning measures:
- The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
The following equipment is provided for every guest:
