Goldie Point - A Beach Cottage with a dreamy retro feel!

Welcome to Goldie Point! Goldie Point is a mid-century, cedar shingled bohemian beach cottage. This is a place for dreamers and adventures to reset, find inspiration and create. Designed with a “slow” and “calm” pace in mind. Whether soaking up some rays on the beach or settling in to the evening with a record playing on the turntable and glass of wine in hand. This beach house was built in 1957 with a deep history. It is one of the most cozy homes we have ever been in. This house is full of luxury, vintage, colorful inspiration and surrounded by endless ocean air. The main level has white painted floors and amazing wood paneled walls - accented by an original built-in book shelf. Golden hour feels like every hour here with the sun shining softly into the home from sunrise to sunset. Our home has four bedrooms with two king-size beds and five queen-size. There are two full bathrooms, one on each level, as well as an outdoor shower. We offer a a large family room stocked with games, books, a projector and screen, and a record player and sound system - perfect to put on as the sun sets. On the third floor you will find an open concept living and sleeping space with two beds and East and West windows to grab that morning and evening light. A king size bedroom is on this level as well. Our kitchen is outfitted kitchen with GE Café series appliances, if needed. Outside, you’ll find second-story deck for outdoor eating with tables and chairs, perfect for lounging. Below you’ll find a fenced in backyard with fire pit as well as more space to relax and lounge. The garage level has white painted floors and white walls and can be staged, if needed. Bikes are located in the in the garage and can be used as well, if desired. Please show care and softness to them as a few of them are nearly as vintage as the house. Bikes can also be rented a few blocks away if more are needed. There is easy access to sea-doo and boat rentals for exploring the Barnegat Bay and out into the ocean. Surf boards, body boards, kayaks and paddle boards can also be rented nearby.
