About the Space
Space is great for film production and photoshoots. There are two sections of the Bar and Grill. Section 1 is the main bar 1500sqft and includes booths and tables + 25ft x 9ft bar with stools. Jukebox, beer pong table, four flat screen tvs, private bathrooms, long hallway and foyer combining the two sections. Sections are separated by a sliding door. Section 2 is 600sqft and has a pizza station, 14ft x 6ft bar with stools, club chairs and ottoman, jukebox, cell phone charging station, and five flat screen tvs.

The Bar & Grill follows all New York City and CDC guidelines. The building is cleaned, sanitized and disinfected before and after bookings.
Cancellation Policy
Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
