You can feel the freshness of the ocean air and everyone who visits us mentions the beautiful serene peaceful feeling they sense from the peace and stillness of a paradise tucked away from the chaos in Southern LA. We are creative entrepreneurs and we keep our home clean and cozy in order to maintain a creative and artistic sanctuary temple vibe. Our large ocean-view kitchen is perfect for preparing food for up to 15 people and makes the perfect set for a cooking show. Most of our neighbors are middle aged or retired so we keep our noise down to a respectful moderate level and music can be played through our PA system inside in the living room. You will have access to the Living Room, Dining Room, Kitchen and Backyard. If you booking is music production specific then you will have access to our vocal booth and production workstation equipped with professional monitor speakers and sub for monitoring your music which is also on the first floor.
