The kitchen flows to the open dining room, living room area, also connecting to the outdoor patio, with charcoal grill and outdoor seating. The home has a full kitchen, with all the cooking/baking necessities, along with all cutlery dishes and cookware. Laundry- washer/dryer available for use on the main level of the home. No pets, no smoking.
