Welcome to Vintage City, Elizabeth NJ - we are proud to present the first-of-its-kind mixed-use building where you can live, work, and play all under one roof! We're surrounded by a multitude of cuisines from all over the world. Located in the heart of the city, we're only a short train ride to Newark Liberty International Airport (EWR). Logistics Our 10-person conference room is the ideal setting for corporate meetings, casual collaboration, and group teleconferencing. Parking is available in the station garage across the street from our space for very affordable daily rates. For those traveling via mass transit - the Elizabeth train station is less than a minute walk from our door. Please ask us about special rates associated with booking the space such as non-profits, veteran or fraternal organizations, education-related associations, etc. We are proud to partner consistently with the Elizabeth Chamber of Commerce which is also at your disposal for vendor coordination. Prior to your arrival / booking spaces are thoroughly cleaned and disinfected to ensure our guests experience our space in a clean and safe environment.

Cancellation Policy

Flexible

Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more

All Bookings are subject to Peerspace’s Grace Period policy which provides a full refund for Bookings cancelled within 24 hours from receipt of a Booking Confirmation but no later than 48 hours prior to the Event start time.
