About the Space
The Serena Sankofa Suite is a private 2nd Floor space in a historic 1850s townhome with an original black and gold decorative fireplace. Minimally furnished in a mid-century modern style with vintage global décor, this space provides flexible uses. Doubling as an Airbnb; the king-size bed is easily dismantled to accommodate your event. The grand 12-foot ceilings are perfect for your next gallery showing, film/photo shoot, or screening. The well-equipped kitchenette with a hardwood island is perfectly situated for light food and beverage service. This interior space is 1200 sqft and provides access to an elegant balcony overlooking the mature Zen-inspired courtyard. Folding tables and chairs are available. Up to 36 people may be seated comfortably indoors. Standing room for up to 50 people is permitted in this suite. For meetings larger than 16 people, Event pricing applies. Groups of 51-100 may be accommodated by selecting to add on the garden-level parlor.

Cancellation Policy
Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
