Brand new dance studio located in Yorba Linda Orange County is ready for a variety of uses. . The space is suitable for dance or fitness classes, rehearsals, photo and video shoots or birthday parties. The dance floor is approximately 1800 sf., there is a common area/room and a reception area with a desk. The space has great acoustics, internet connection, air-conditioning.
No outside food, guests are allowed to bring specialty items (ie: cakes, dessert, etc)

- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.

The space is spacious, clean and beautiful. I hosted a Pilates/yoga class here for my bday and all my guests enjoyed themselves . Yalda is attentive and a quick responder, I had no problems with the space or the host.

We absolutely love this space! My friends wanted to have a small dance party for dancers only and we rented this venue out for 35 of us. The place is beautiful, very clean and in a very nice location. Yalda the owner was awesome and has amazing taste /style. It was nice to not be sore the next day due to the studio dance floor. Also, since the evenings are cold, it was nice to have an indoor venue during the Fall instead of using our outdoor patio at home. Thank you Yalda! We hope to enjoy your beautiful studio in the future once again.
