About the Space
A remote 5 acre desert oasis with a contemporary barn space located in Sky Valley, California. 3 of the 5 acres are beautifully landscaped with more than 50 olive trees, 60 palm trees and endless mountain views. Located 25 minutes from downtown Palm Springs. the space offers a 2,200 sq ft contemporary barn with white interiors making it perfect for a wedding venue, corporate event, or a photo or video shoot looking for a remote desert vibe. On site is a 2 bedroom 2 bath prefab house, as well as a 1 bedroom 1 bath casita and a salt water pool. PLEASE NOTE: Hourly fees charged also include hours used for vendor deliveries, client set-up, prep, and break down and separate fees charged for overnight use of the property. There is no kitchen on site, but self-contained catering and food trucks welcome and encouraged. Alcohol service allowed on site with proper insurance coverage with last call at 9:30pm and alcohol service stopped by 9:45pm. This location is a no smoking property and all music and noise must be quieted by 10:00pm.

Cancellation Policy
Standard 90 day
Guests may cancel their Booking until 90 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 90 days and 14 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than 14 days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
