About the Space
In the mountains of Hope, in a community called Sunshine Valley... This custom U shaped building is split into two spaces with a connecting corridor that joins them. At the back is 2 bedrooms and a bathroom and the front is the great room with a high ceiling and a large open kitchen and a 75" projector mounted to the ceiling.
In between is a private courtyard with a sunken hot tub and at the front is a full length deck with 180° views of the mountain/valley view.
