Office and/or meeting space located on Main Street in Elkhart. Comfortable, quiet with an urban feel. Maple hardwood floors (use to be a dance studios year ago), with 2 desks (1 office room), 2 tables & several couches. Bathroom available. Large outside deck in back can be used as well. Space will be empty for use, however, several areas will not have access to. Kitchen access can be supplied if needed (small additional fee.)

The space is thoroughly cleaned between guests; this includes floors, bathrooms, desks, and any areas that may be commonly touched by guests.
Cancellation Policy
Standard 30 day
Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and 7 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than 7 days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
