Our clubhouse features a semi-private clubhouse that is available to rent for meetings, team events, parties, and presentations. These spacious lounges can host groups up to 25 people. Guests will have access to the game area (area with wooden floors in 3D tour) and area with the Shuffleboard table, however, these two spaces are not exclusive access with the reservation. Please note that this space is inside a residential building. Residents in the building may need to pass through this space in order to access other amenities, such as the mailbox area. *Use of the TVs is not permitted and there is no parking available on-site. * FOOD & BEVERAGE Hosts are allowed to bring in their own food/ drinks. No food services are provided onsite. Guests are responsible for disposing of all trash left in the space.

Cancellation Policy

Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and 7 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price.
