Being in the middle of the historic district, the space has a cozy rustic look and feel and is perfect for book clubs, art shows, pop up shops, corporate gatherings, receptions, meetings, anniversary parties and small social gatherings alike. Inside and/or outside space can be utilized, 1,976 square feet of interior space with full use of 12 tables with 50 chairs and couches, within the building included at no additional charge. The outside space has an additional setting of 7 tables with 28 chairs on an uncovered and covered patio with plenty of additional space for any more tables, chairs, and decorations you may wish to bring. This Exterior is great for receptions, gender reveals, baby showers, arts and crafts, pop up shops etc. the possibilities are almost endless!

Common areas and items are disinfected regularly through out the day and in-between each customer, Well ventilated spaces are available and outside is completely accessible if you prefer additional distancing.
Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and 7 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than 7 days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
