4 x Big Windows with diffused glass, providing a nice soft light. 1 x 4m high roller door with completely adjustable height. Brightest times of day are between 9am and 4pm.

Neighbors are of the light industrial work so there is only occasional sounds no more than can be found on a quiet street. There is two air conditioning units that are really quiet

Ground Floor

The space has a large roller door which can accommodate most flat bed trucks.

The front offices are off limits as well as other studios, unless agree upon by staff.

Studio 03 has 6 x 240V double general purpose outlets, on a 15 amp circuit. If extra power is required there is 1 x 3 phase 32 amp outlets with distribution boxes available for hire. The circuit break is located in the electrical supply room which staff are more then happy to assist with resetting.

OVERTIME Per Peerspace's policy, overtime will be billed in half-hour increments. The space must be vacated and all items brought into the space must be removed by the end time of your booking reservation. Overtime will be billed in half-hour increments at a rate of 1.5 times our stated hourly rate. CLEANING / DAMAGES Cleaning fee is included in the hourly rate, although guests are expected to leave the space in the same condition as they found it in. Guests must respect the space and we ask/appreciate that guests tidy up after themselves. Guest must remove any equipment or rentals you bring in, and you should factor this setup and teardown time in your booking hours. No nails, screws, staples or penetrating items should be used on our walls. Any tape or gummed backing materials must be properly removed. Damages (walls, floors, furniture, etc) will be billed to the credit card on file with Peerspace. FURNITURE Please notify us in advance if you need to move furniture in the space to suit your event needs. Please refer to Peerspace’s Terms and Conditions for all other rules.

All furniture and decorations can be moved and treated with care. If damages occur this will incur fees for the repair or replacement of the item(s).
