The outdoor area boasts a 600 sqft event tent, a customized wooden bar with freezer, and two lounge areas with comfortable seating and tables. Our space is ready for your enjoyment and can be customized to your liking. Our vendors offer a full range of audio-visual equipment, including brand new JBL SRX815 sound system QSC Subwoofers & JBL monitors, Pioneer CDJ 3000NXS 2, Pioneer DJM V10, microphones, cables, stands, DMX LED lighting, 8x20 stage, hanging projectors, food warmers for caterers, chafing dishes and more. Restrictions: No inside smoking. No pets (Service Animals Allowed) No nails, screws, staples, tape, or gummed-backed materials may be used to attach or affix anything to the furniture, walls, or building. At our venue, the health and safety of our guests is of the utmost importance, especially during these times when COVID-19 is a concern. Our cleaning process includes: Disinfecting high-touch areas such as door handles, light switches, and surfaces before and after each event Providing hand sanitizers and sanitizing wipes throughout the space for guests to use Regularly cleaning and sanitizing our bathrooms Ventilating the space to allow for fresh air flow In addition to these measures, we will be following all local and state guidelines regarding COVID-19 to ensure that our guests can have peace of mind when attending events at our venue. Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
