Step into 2,000 square feet of unmatched creativity and elegance. This multi-functional space boasts a sound-dampened ceilings a full bathroom, kitchen, a sunlit daylight lounge, a chic bar area, and a European-made bespoke BDSM dungeon. Perfectly designed for production, photography, videography, and unforgettable gatherings, this space is a fusion of artistry and sophistication.

Designer Atmosphere
Handcrafted designer millwork, Restoration Hardware chandeliers, and stylish seating create an elevated, modern aesthetic. Extra-high 14-foot ceilings and hand-curated details add a touch of luxury to every angle.
Historic Charm
Housed in a former piano factory, the space features a vintage 16x7-foot glass block window from the Chicago World’s Fair era. The window allows unobstructed SW-facing natural light to flood the lounge area during the day and is equipped with motorized shades for light control or near blackout.
Dynamic Lighting and Audio
All lights are dimmable and fully customizable with color-changing LEDs, controlled via our app-loaded house iPad or remote control. Sonos speakers provide excellent sound for shoots or events, filling the space with music from end to end.

I am a firm believer that wedding days should come with a photographer that takes stress off your plate rather than adding to it, that family and portrait sessions should be fun - not stressful, and that newborn sessions should be beautiful and safe! I promise you that you will only here me say “cheese” during your family’s session if your kids just asked me what my favorite food is. You also won’t see me get frustrated or impatient with your newborn who may not want to immediately settle for me. That’s so normal, and completely okay. If anything, it’s to be expected!
As a mom, I understand that kids (and babies) need to have the space to be themselves in order to get the best shot. The space is cleaned and disinfected between guests. High touch surfaces are disinfected with hospital grade cleaner, the floors are swept and mopped, and all surfaces wiped down with antiseptic cleaning supplies.
Cancellation Policy
Standard 30 day
Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and 7 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than 7 days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
