About the Space
This mid-century modern home is a U-shape layout with the turfed backyard and pool in the center of the home. Perfect space for entertaining. There is a game room at one end of the home with a pool table and pinball machine. Other amenities that can be used are ping pong table & corn hole - please let the host know in advance if you want these for your event. A sitting nook which leads to the living room with gas fireplace & wet bar. Both these rooms are great for photo shoots, etc. The kitchen is located at the other end of the home and is extremely open and spacious with a 9ft island. Another space that is great for photo shoots, cooking shows, etc. The house has a ton of natural light as it is full of windows from front to back. Floors are concrete and white oak. Lots of terrific corners and wall textures. There are 2 bathrooms in the downstairs space. Private backyard space has pool and spa and is 1800 sq ft of turf. Home is located in a quiet neighborhood on a cul-de-sac.

We have tables that can be set up, however there is no 'dining room table'
There are 6 stools around the large kitchen island
Several coaches and lounge chairs throughout the house
There is a Sonos system in the kitchen and backyard that can be accessed through wifi
There are 2 televisions side by side in the living room, as well as 2 televisions in the kitchen, and one outside in the backyard.

I recently hosted my daughter’s 18th birthday party here and it was an incredible experience! Amy and her husband were very welcoming and provided us with everything we needed in order to make our party special. The outdoors area was perfect for mingling, had an amazing pool, and was great for our dining setup. The kitchen was very spacious with numerous amenities as well as a stunning living room perfect for relaxing. The game room was a fan favorite at the party, we had so much fun with the pinball machine and the pool table. We received countless compliments from our guests about the ambiance and the overall vibe, would 100% recommend and we will definitely be booking again in the future, thank you again Amy!

This place and Amy were both way more impressive than advertised. We walked in and were amazed At how beautiful and spacious it is. The pool are and the kitchen and all were fantastic. We’re used it for a graduation gathering with friends and family and everyone had to comment on how amazing it was. Thank you Amy for sharing and I guarantee you will have more people wanted to rent it. At least the people at our gathering. Very convenient entry and easy exit and no hassle. Highly recommend it.

I really enjoyed my experience with Amy. The house was perfect. I hosted a birthday pool party at her home. She allowed me to come early and do a walk-through. She was very accommodating. She even cleaned out the refrigerator so that there was space for us to place food that needed to be refrigerated. The house was clean and ready to go. I couldn’t have asked for a better host. I would 1000% utilize her home again. I highly recommend. The neighborhood is great. Also, it was very important to be able to find a space where there was access to indoor so that we could escape the heat if necessary. So this worked out perfectly! Even met some of the neighbors who were awesome. There was plenty of space to have a DJ and definitely fits around 50 people comfortably. If I could give her 10 stars, I would.
