We cannot guarantee access more than 10 minutes before your start time. Guests must book the time needed for set up, early arrivals, and breakdown. Extra time will be billed per Peerspace policies. This room has ample sunlight, access to private outdoor space, and a minimalist decor. Its perfect for brainstorming meetings, lectures, and workshops. Use as a meeting or lecture space. We can set up for 10-20 people for classes or meetings with tables and chairs. There are blackout shades and a projector for lectures and presentations. All the furniture is on wheels, so can be moved or removed as needed. There is a kitchen on the 2nd level that can be used as part of your event. There is a stove/oven refrigerator and microwave.
