About the Space
Our studio is a creative community space, located in a large historic industrial warehouse with tons of natural light, white walls, and beautiful 13' windows that look towards the Bay. The natural light is great between sunrise up to 2 hours before sunset. You can use the curtains or v flats to diffuse or block the harsh light out of the studio. The space you see in most photos is a 300 square/ft room with white walls and incredible natural light. There's a separate 400 square/ft room in the studio where the props are housed. You can use this room as a getting ready space. During your rental, you and your guests will have access to the whole studio. The studio is perfect for photoshoots, video production, intimate events, art shows, pop ups, intimate performances, fundraisers, and workshops. ACCESSIBILITY + PARKING: There is unmetered street parking, loading dock, a freight elevator, and carts if you're bringing in heavy things. Street level to lobby is not wheel chair accessible. There’s about 5 steps on the staircase up. The building has a freight elevator with heavy doors to help you access the studio floor and a staircase. AMENITIES: - backdrop stand - seamless backdrops (Not setup for you, available as an add on) - 2 regular tripod stands for studio lights (studio lights are NOT included) - 1 camera tripod - long mirror - vanity mirror with LED lighting - extension cables - iPhone charger - speaker - clothing rack - steamer - industrial fan - heater - 2x vflats (black and white) - sink - 1 folding table - 1 red rolling table - 1 black desk table - assortment of chairs/stools - women restroom and mens restroom - nudity is allowed for creative expression, NO sexual activity If you add a seamless backdrop to your booking, you are responsible for the setup and clean up. Enhanced Health and Safety Measures
- High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
- The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
- Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels

Great host. Great space. Easy enough parking. 👌🏼👌🏼👌🏼 steamer, stools, stands, extension chords, etc… nicely equipped. A little loud with neighbors - so slightly challenging to shoot video content which is what I was doing. Photo shoots would be incredible here!

Angie was always responsive, and a great host! Absolutely gorgeous studio with great natural lighting. It does get a bit warm inside, but fan is also provided. All amenities are straightforward and easy to access. Our team not only had a great time in this studio, but produced AMAZING results with Angie's studio.
