This is terrific space for a small crew. The cul de sac is picture perfect. Nearby parking for crew is available at nearby churches that are a short walk or a quick shuttle. The home photographs well. The homeowner was terrific to work with, had prompt communication, and I'm hopeful that we will be able to use this lovely home again.
