Located directly on west 4th Avenue our brand new self-contained meeting space offers a modern design with a kitchenette. This space has everything you need for larger team meetings, professional presentations, training, workshops, and more! The Kitsilano meeting space is available during business hours; Monday to Friday, 9 am to 5pm! AMENITIES INCLUDED Kitchenette with microwave, and a coffee maker with hot water dispenser Glassware for up to 12 people Local, organic tea and coffee Large boardroom tables and seating for up to 12 Additional chairs available if needed Large whiteboard Large 65" television screen, included with HDMI and USB-C cords High speed internet Quick access to washrooms and our main coworking area. CENTRAL LOCATION Easily accessible by any form of transportation. We're centred around many West 4th Ave cafés, restaurants, gyms, and shops!

Our space is open and available, taking extra precautions: - enhanced cleaning and sanitization before every booking - hand sanitizer and Lysol wipes provided - masks are not mandatory but are encouraged - event organizers must ensure their guests have no COVID-19 symptoms

Cancellation Policy

Flexible

Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more

All Bookings are subject to Peerspace’s Grace Period policy which provides a full refund for Bookings cancelled within 24 hours from receipt of a Booking Confirmation but no later than 48 hours prior to the Event start time.
