Booking availability is from 7 am to 10 pm Sun-Sat; however, regular hours of operation are 10 am to 6 pm Mon-Fri - therefore add'l fee applies to bookings that start or end outside of regular hours. 1) Perfect for: -filming office, meeting or building scenes -shooting content for entrepreneurs -a professional photoshoot -shooting a podcast -hosting a networking event or cocktail party 2) Can bring in catered food and alcohol (for 21 and over group) - add'l fee applies, sale of alcohol prohibited 3) Hybrid Webinar Room, TVs and Projectors. 4) Fully furnished Conference Rooms and Offices and Open Floating Table -perfect for private meeting space for focused teamwork -private offices provide a quiet, distraction-free environment. 5) Includes professional designed, fully-furnished rooms, boasts high-end furniture, glass artwork, tropical fish tank and aesthetic surprises everywhere you look. 5) Fully Furnished Rooms are outfitted as the following: -Office Suites -Receptionist Area w/ Seating -Conference Rooms -Podcast Studio -Revitalization Room -Hybrid-Webinar Mini-Event Space -Cafe Kitchen -TV Rooms Book the entire space or half the space, 4 hour minimum. The whole space $250 hourly and half the space for $150 hourly Maximum capacity is 100 people. Both is for up to 15 people (add'l for more people). -Each room is fully furnished, but furniture can be moved if there is no existing wire management system in place. We will need to talk it through to ensure there is no accidental damage. -Staff available on site, keyed entry, ample free parking in close proximity, wheel chair accessible, make up area.

The Business Owner’s Emporium takes steps to prioritize the health and safety of our guests, from 2x a day housekeeping, to sanitation stations, to germicidal lights located throughout our space, we have enhanced our health and safety standards for your wellbeing. Masks are available at the front desk and throughout the facility, as are sanitation stations.
Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
