Intimate Boutique Space's in grand historical house with multiple smaller lounges & larger open spaces. Spaces indoors will accommodate 55 for dining, 70 for cocktail hour, another 20 dining on porch, 40 classroom and includes lounges & kitchen. Outdoor spaces include 1200 sf wrap around porch for dining, meeting, cocktails, classes. Picturesque grounds & lawns to roam, dine, mingle, meet, or party. Photographers dream. Also currently used for showers, corporate parties, business meetings, classes, & large celebrations. NOTES: Venue’s contract also applies to booking in addition to Peerspace rules. Cancellation Policy
Standard 30 day
Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and 7 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than 7 days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
