Intimate boutique space's in grand historical house with multiple smaller lounges & more open spaces. Spaces indoors will accommodate 55 dining, 70 standing, 40 classroom and includes lounges. Kitchen use had a cleaning charge. Outdoor spaces include 1200 sf wrap-around porch for dining, meeting, cocktails, classes. Picturesque grounds & lawns to roam, dine, mingle, meet, or party. Photographers dream. Also currently used for corporate parties, workshops, showers, celebrations, holidays. NOTE: Venue’s contract must also be signed. Please review before booking .

Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and 7 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than 7 days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
