Pricing shown is a “base” rate (for entire exterior or one interior room) and increases if using multiple areas of the property, kitchen and number of attendees. Intimate boutique space's in grand historical house with multiple smaller lounges & more open spaces. Spaces indoors will accommodate 55 dining, 70 standing, 40 classroom and includes lounges. Kitchen use had a cleaning charge. Outdoor spaces include 1200 sf wrap-around porch for dining, meeting, cocktails, classes. Picturesque grounds & lawns to roam, dine, mingle, meet, or party. Photographers dream. Also currently used for corporate parties, workshops, showers, celebrations, holidays. NOTE: Venue’s contract must also be signed. Please review before booking .

Cancellation Policy
Standard 30 day
Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and 7 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than 7 days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
