About the Space
Our 1500 sq/ft double coved cyc wall is pre-lit and ready for your unique use. It has incredible isolated sound for recording interviews and an 23' ceiling with grid for easy light mounting. All of our lights and grip equipment we have on hand is included in the daily rate. We also have a 8500 sq/ft modern office space that includes makeup & greenroom, 3 bathrooms, kitchen and conference rooms.

Cancellation Policy
Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
