There is no loading dock. It is a flat surface office space. All equipment comes through the back of the studio where there are four steps.

Respect the equipment: All equipment in the studio must be handled with care and returned to its original location after use. Any damage or loss of equipment will result in a replacement fee. 1. No food or drink allowed on set: To protect the equipment and maintain a clean work environment, food and drink are not allowed in the studio or control room. 2. No smoking: Smoking is not allowed in the studio or control room. 3. Quiet on set: Please respect the recording environment and keep noise to a minimum, especially when entering and leaving the studio. 4. Clean up after yourself: Please clean up after yourself and leave the studio in the same condition as when you arrived. 5. Time management: Please arrive on time and respect the schedule of other clients using the studio. Late arrivals may result in a reduced recording time. 6. Equipment usage: Only authorized personnel are allowed to operate equipment in the studio and control room. 7. Respect the space: Please respect the space and treat it as you would your own. Any damage to the studio or equipment will result in a fee for repairs. 8. No Firearms are allowed By following these house rules, clients can ensure a safe, productive, and enjoyable experience in the filming studio.
