Welcome to our boutique fitness studio rental, available for booking on Peerspace! Our studio is a stylish and modern space designed to provide the ideal setting for fitness/wellness workshops and photoshoots. Located in a vibrant neighborhood, our studio offers a unique and intimate environment perfect for photoshoots. The space features a roll up door to allow natural light to pour in, creating an open and airy feel. The studio is equipped with state-of-the-art fitness equipment, including weights, resistance bands, smith machine, cable machine, Peloton, boxing bag, bosu balls, TRX, kettlebells, yoga mats, and more! Our boutique fitness studio rental is perfect for fitness professionals looking to host their own workshops, as well as for individuals looking to do photoshoots. We take pride in providing a clean and safe environment for our clients, and the studio is regularly sanitized and cleaned to ensure the highest level of hygiene. Our boutique fitness studio rental is available for booking by the hour. Enhanced Health and Safety Measures
Enhanced cleaning measures:
  • The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
  • High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
  • Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
  • A licensed professional cleaner is hired between bookings
  • Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
  • Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
  • Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
  • Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
  • Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
  • Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
The following equipment is provided for every guest:
  • Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels
  • Disposable masks / face coverings
  • Hand Sanitizer
