About the Space

Large natural light studio with open floor plan. Exposed brick along south facing walls with large windows, providing beautiful light all day long. Seamless backdrop easy to pull down when needed. The space is carefully designed with different areas thoughtfully placed to provide different photo opportunities. We have unique vintage and modern furniture to add an artistic flair to any shoot. Please do not move furniture or wall art. Shoes should be removed if shooting on rugs, any significant stains will be charged. Rooftop access is granted through your booking! The space is expansive with beautiful downtown skyline views. Located downtown LA in the historic arts district, easily walkable to many great restaurants and cafes. The space has a full bathroom and kitchen with ample counter space. Large dining table with 4 chairs to help set up equipment and stay organized. We provide 3 clothing racks with hangars as well. Elevator is located down the hall of first floor if you need to help bring heavy items upstairs. If needed, we can provide additional tables and seating for up to 30 people for an additional cost. This makes for an amazing dinner party location, please inquire.

Cancellation Policy

Flexible

Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more

All Bookings are subject to Peerspace’s Grace Period policy which provides a full refund for Bookings cancelled within 24 hours from receipt of a Booking Confirmation but no later than 48 hours prior to the Event start time.
