Basement (Warehouse Themed) Production Studio for Green Screen Film & Photography

This 1000 square foot distressed warehouse themed basement with 60 square foot green screen creative space is perfect for short and long-term projects. It is extremely flexible with an distressed industrial look. An open floor plan with pillars, provides you with the creative freedom and range to use the space for a variety of purposes. Ceiling height is 7ft (at the low points of the rafters) and 8ft (at the high points of the insulation). The rental will give you access to a total of 1000 square feet including the green screen space. Floor layout is 30ft x 40ft IMPORTANT NOTES: Power within the building is limited. If your production needs to plug in a lot of video equipment and lights, then we recommend renting a generator. There are a few plugs and two surge bars, and extension cord provided, but anything major will need extra power. MUST BRING OWN FILMING EQUIPMENT. Only the lights and screen shown in images are provided. Summer Bookings (there is no AC at location) We will provide a high powered fan. It is recommend to book times in the mornings when it's cooler. There is no running water on site or restrooms. If your rental period is over 4 hours, we highly recommend renting a porta potty or making other accommodations. There is a food hall less than 5 min drive from the site and there are public restrooms there.
