The parking lot is free and directly in front of the store front, in a strip mall.

The natural light from the front windows is blocked by the walls from the reception and office rooms. The doors from the reception room and from the office may be opened to allow more natural light into the space. There is one light switch for the entire space, except for a single studio room. This private single studio room is available for headshots, podcasts, acting videos, etc. This is included in the hourly rate.

There is a small grocery store next door that sometimes has conversations when they are in their office. There are Bluetooth speakers available to use in the space- one in the reception room and one in the kitchen area.

Ground Floor

There is wheelchair access from the street/parking lot to the space. The front door is directly accessed from the parking lot.

There is a small private room to keep extra equipment during the shoot, dressing room, wardrobe and props are available for rent.

there are 3 outlets in the open photography space, 2 in the small private studio and 3 in the kitchenette area. The circuit breaker is in the kitchenette area with easy access. Please do not touch the breaker. Call the owner to assist: 913-710-1705

There are simple cleaning instructions (swiffer, cleaning wipes if necessary, bathroom restock, etc) in a mop room. Please leave the space in the same condition as when you arrive. Please do not open the Employee Only doors, office or back door. There is a $250 fee if these are opened (for each time it is opened without studio approval). These areas are reserved for Studio Members only. Thank you

Yes, using the furniture is included in the hourly rate. Please put all items back as they were before leaving the site.
