Industrial soundproofing creates a nearly silent environment. The programmable AC in the room does create light air noise, but can be turned off for absolute silence. If the LED wall is in use, our rendering PC uses liquid pumps to cool the components. These can be turned down if sound is being recorded, and produce a very small amount of noise (less than the AC).

Ground Floor

Cars, trucks, and vans can be backed in all the way to our bay door in the front of the building. This leads to our main lobby through double doors. The entrance to the studio is on the far side of the lobby. Distance from the bay doors to the entrance to the studio is about 100ft. Carts, stands, and cases with wheels can be rolled from the parking lot to the studio. Studio entrance has a max clearance of 5ft wide x 6.5ft tall.

Green Room

The main lobby is off limits, as our account managers work there.

Multiple outlets across the walls and ceiling provide plenty of power. The outlets are split between three circuits in the room. The circuit breaker is easily accessible and is located behind the LED wall.

OVERTIME Time spent in the space after the designated booking time will be billed in 30 minute increments starting at the end of the original booked time. Make sure adequate time is scheduled for equipment, talent, and crew to leave the studio before the end of the scheduled time to avoid additional fees. Unless a later time is agreed upon, studio doors close at 6:30pm. CLEANING / DAMAGES Guests are expected to leave the space in the same condition as they found it. Any equipment or rentals you bring in must be removed by the end of your booking time. Make sure you factor this setup and teardown time in your booking hours. Confetti, silly string, party poppers etc are not allowed in the studio. Items cannot be screwed, nailed, or glued to the cyc wall. SMOKING / VAPING / FLAME Smoking and vaping is prohibited inside the studio building. Exceptions are only made for practical fog and dry ice effects, and must be approved prior to scheduled studio time. Open flames are limited to candles only. Pyrotechnics and smoke makers are not allowed. PROPS / FURNITURE Double doors lead from the parking lot to the studio with a clearance of 48 inches wide and 80 inches tall. Most furniture and props are allowed. Missing or damaged furniture and props are the responsibility of the booking party, and will not be managed by the studio. Make sure adequate help is present to move props and furniture in and out of the studio. Staff present cannot help move props or furniture. ALCOHOL Consumption of alcohol is prohibited in the studio building. Alcohol products and props are allowed to be used for photography and filming purposes.

We have furniture in both the lobby and the green room. The furniture can be moved for production purposes so long as guests are careful not to damage it, and it is returned to its original place before guests leave.
