Modern, open concept home built in 2013. Minimally decorated and easily transformed for photo or video shoots. Unfinished and largely empty basement. The home offers a large covered patio and open yard perfect for baby showers and gender reveals. Can easily seat 20 to 35 people, outdoors. There are two cats on the premises, which will be confined to an unused room for the duration of the booking. The home will be thoroughly cleaned before use.

Guests may cancel their Booking until 24 hours before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Bookings cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
