Beautiful and quiet Pilates studio (and yoga studio) available for rent

Street parking is generally easy to find in this location (both metered immediately in front of the location and a few free spots at the end of the block as well as in surrounding blocks). There is also a convenient (paid) public parking lot adjacent to the building.

Pilates or Yoga certification and liability insurance must be provided if you intend to use the space to instruct students. No smoking in the building. No live music is allowed, and any music played can not be louder than a conversational level. Between clients, and after usage of equipment, you will sanitize surfaces by wiping them down with disinfectant spray (cleaning materials provided). The Studio agrees to provide the studio in good working order but makes no special guarantees as to said studios functionality or suitability to Renter’s purposes. There is no warranty that rented items are free of defects. The Renter is entitled to use the entire studio, its equipment, props and any furniture in the studio. The Studio is not liable for acts out of its control such as power outages, weather, emergencies, or Acts of God. Renter agrees to return all equipment, studio, and furniture in the condition it was provided and to immediately notify the Studio of any damage, failure, or change in equipment provided. Please do not move any pieces larger than mats or a single chair without two people present to move it without dragging the legs. Wifi is only available upon special request.
