Magical meditteranean-style home with lush gardens and bay views located in the Lincoln Heights neighborhood of Oakland. Our street is a peaceful cul-de-sac and tight-knit community. Our home’s interior character is a mixture of modern minimalist aesthetic accented with traditional handloomed textiles, antique, tribal rugs and art pieces throughout. The space is light-filled, airy and has breathtaking bay views with striking sunsets. Our exterior redwood deck with ample seating and sun umbrella leads you to a garden with lush vegetation with abundant fruit trees (apple, lemon, plum, persimmon and loquat) and a peaceful stone patio with a seating area and hammock perfect for entertaining and relaxation. In addition, there is a privare infinity pool flanked by a redwood deck and trumpet vines. Cleaning fee will be waived if all activities are going to be conducted outside or if they involve a limited area of the interior of the house. Booking hours are flexible if guest needs the space outside of 8 AM - 8 PM.
