About the Space
This one-of-a-kind rainbow greenhouse (lovingly referred to as "Their Lair") is ideal for photoshoots, film shoots, music videos, meditations, and more. The floor dimensions are approximately 10' x 12' and it is 12' high. It has double doors on the west side of the structure and a single door on the east. It is in a backyard measuring about 1000 sq ft with a private entrance and restroom. The yard is fenced in and features a beautiful succulent garden. The acoustics are surprisingly good given the plexiglass walls. We generally do not host concerts via Peerspace but you may reach out to us directly to discuss your situation if that's what you're looking for. The space works well for filming stripped-back musical performances. The Lair has several power outlets and one ceiling light. House Wifi is available. It is located in Highland Park, walking distance from Figueroa St.

We wipe down high-touch surfaces between bookings. Space is entirely outdoors except for bathroom.
Cancellation Policy
Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
