Welcome to HAUS OF PALMS: Inspired by minimalist wabi sabi aesthetics and California Cool vibes, each room in this home has been thoughtfully curated with warm and natural tones and textures. The serene resort-like backyard has plenty of photogenic areas to choose from, white stucco walls, kidney shaped pool, and of course the breathtaking views that provide the perfect backdrop for any shoot. PRODUCTION FRIENDLY FEATURES: ample parking, open floor plan, private, spacious rooms (master bedroom/bathroom, family room, seating areas, dining area, etc.), driveway with easy access to backyard, large walk-in closet ideal for wardrobe/dressing room, full kitchen, fully decorated, decor props, high ceilings, and double doors throughout that bring in an abundance of natural light. Cancellation Policy
Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
