About the Space
This space is great for a location shoot or if you need a staged shoot for headshots, product images, or lifestyle. We have a variety of spaces that can create different scenes easily within the space. The loft is two levels which can also be helpful to stash away gear or set-up for talent. The live work loft is a 2 br 2.5 bath and includes a balcony, off-street entrance, and full kitchen. 1500 SF 2 levels 2.5 bathrooms 2 bedroom piano and instruments (useful as props) full kitchen with gas stove wifi well-lit (floor-to-ceiling windows on both floors) plants and greenery Good noise isolation

Parking description
There's a secured parking lot with easy access to the space. There's also easy street parking or a loading dock if needed.

Lighting description
We don't have black-out curtains but all windows have either accordion window coverings or blinds to help soften the light. Light is best quality is between 2- 5pm.
Space is not soundproof
Ambient noise description
Windows are double paned and sound isolation is good. Being on the street you can hear some sounds from the street but they tend to be pretty muted.

Equipment loading description
You can either load equipment directly from the off-street entrace (just 3 steps), use the ramp, or load in from the garage that's on the same level. We recommend using the garage especially if you plan on leaving gear in the car.
Staging area is available
There are rooms upstairs that can be used to staging and set up or crew
All rooms are available for shooting
Shooting the exterior of the building is allowed
Electrical system description
We have a standard electrical set up and while the circuit breaker is accessible we'd prefer guest not touch it (or ask for support from the maintenance staff). There are many outlets throughout the space and we have a few extension cords available if needed.

General Rules
- No smoking or parties in the space (this is an ideal set-up for a photo shoot or a small gathering).
- Please ensure all recycling and trash is put away at the end of your shoot. For larger things like seamless that can be left by the door to be thrown out.
- Parties are responsible for any damage to the space.
All ages are allowed in the space
Furniture and decorations may be moved
furniture cannot be removed from the space but can be moved around. Wall decorations can be taken down if needed, but will need to be put back up after use.
Smoke machines are allowed
No nudity allowed
Security cameras and recording devices
We have a nest cam to monitor coming/going, the cameras will be on.
Recording devices in bathrooms or dressing rooms are prohibited by the Peerspace Services Agreement.

Health and Safety Measures
An additional $500 cleaning fee will apply if the space is not returned in it's original condition.
Enhanced cleaning measures:
- Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
- The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
- High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
- Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
