Unique Features of this house: The living room has beauty natural light and detail decoration, which perfect for photoshoots, filming, casual meeting, informative session, or just casual catching up with couple of friends for some coffee and tea in a much more private setting. Super spacious open concept kitchen with fully equip kitchenware, which allows you to make gourmet food for any day-long event. High-top expandable dinning tables fits up to 8 people, or you can just use it to set up buffet style or any catering setting. This house also comes with a unique backyard that could be used for many outdoor events/gathering/celebrations, we also have 2 long foldable tables and 16 chairs can be used in the backyard space if you'd like to host a group dinner outdoor. We have hosted many small weddings, baby shower, bridal shower, birthdays, graduation, etc. The backyard also comes with 8-people lounge set, gas grill and firepit (renter to provide propane). EXTRA BONUS with 7 people HOT TUB (optional to use for extra $200). Access: - Event and Meeting Bookings: there will be no access to the 3 bedrooms for these 2 types of booking to help our renters to save some money on booking fees. - Production Bookings: The 3 bedrooms are allowed to use for production purpose.
