Located near Downtown San Diego, the Tiny House Event Tents is an outdoor event space located on our Good Life Vacation Rental Hotel Property. NOTE: Our event space has a 5-hour minimum booking. This includes 30 minutes before your event for setup and 30 minutes after for cleanup. Bookings made that are less than 5 hours will be canceled. Here’s a quick rundown of our events package (for a 5-hour event): For up to 50 guests: - Beach Boardwalk: $800 - Event Tents: $700 - Bamboo Garden: $600 - $10 per extra guest For up to 100 guests: - Beach Boardwalk: $1250 - Event Tents: $1100 - Sanctuary: $1950 - $10 per extra guest For up to 150 guests: - Beach Boardwalk: $1800 - Event Tents: $1500 - Bamboo Garden: $950 - $10 per extra guest As a family-owned business, we aim to create a positive and welcoming environment for all resort guests. Before your arrival, we'll need you to send over proof of insurance, which is $120, along with a signed waiver. This helps ensure everything goes smoothly during your stay. Guest total calculation: please include adults, kids ages 2+, and vendors & staff. We need to account for space and bathrooms for everyone who’s mobile to stay within occupancy limits. Must be 21+ to book events and overnight. Guests under 21 are welcome with supervision.
