There are six rooms total, including 13' ceilings, chandeliers, four original fireplaces, hardwood floors. Duplex is located on the parlor and third floors. One flight up from street level. Full-size kitchen, two full-bathrooms. Four of the six rooms are 22’x20’. Southern and northern window exposures.

Cancellation Policy

Guests may cancel their Booking until 24 hours before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Bookings cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
