Duplex space is located in a townhouse on the upper east side. The space features; 13' ceilings, Palladian-style window, chandeliers, original fireplaces, wood-carved mantels, original frieze-work on walls, and hardwood floors. Located on the second and third floors with direct access through a large, wide central staircase. No elevator. The room sizes are 20’ x 20’ with southern and northern window exposures. Catering is allowed. Photo shoots, video shoots, interviews, off-site meetings are welcome.
