About the Space
A stylish Victorian terrace in Walthamstow, London fully renovated in 2016, situated on a quiet residential street. Small private garden out the back. House can be used for filming, photo shoots, commercial shoots and more. On street parking available - visitors passes cost £1 an hour Mon-Fri 8am-6.30pm, free evenings, weekends and public holidays. The nearest tube station is around 15-20 min walk away (Victoria Line), or 5 min bus ride, and there are two overground stations within a 10-12 min walk away. We have a cat so not suitable for those with cat allergies. We could potentially hire the space outside the hours advertised - just check with us first.

Ambient noise description
It's a quiet residential street. We have double glazing which blocks out a lot of sound. The walls between us and our neighbours are thick and we rarely hear them.

There are stairs to the bathroom and bedroom.
Staging area is available
The bedroom can be used as a separate room if not filming. There is a master bedroom not pictured that could potentially be used as an extra room at a small extra charge if it’s not needed by us.
Some rooms are off-limits for shooting
The master bedroom is usually kept for us in case one of us is working from home or needs it for something else. However as mentioned above we could potentially hire out the whole house.

Health and Safety Measures
House is cleaned before and after it’s used by clients
Enhanced cleaning measures:
- The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
- High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
- Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
- Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
