A special dinner, a book launch, a board meeting, a baby shower, a photo shoot, film editing space - this one of a kind turn of a century former printing press and converted one family home and loft is an excellent venue for your next special gathering. The space includes a 2,500 square feet ground floor space with a private changing room, a bathroom, a rustic workshop/library area with original art work and canvas painting space, laundry and a full kitchen with two fridges and a one of a kind dining room area. The second floor and third floor roof deck are off-limits unless by special permission and arrangement from owners.

Enhanced Health and Safety Measures
The space is cleaned and disinfected regularly in between bookings. Hand sanitizers and antibacterial soaps are also provided in all common areas. Additional masks are also provided for extra safety of guests and visitors.
Cancellation Policy
Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
