**OUR HOLIDAY SETS WILL BE AVAILABLE UNTIL JANUARY 3, 2026 ** A modern multi-set production studio located in the heart of Wilmington, Delaware. Three minutes away from I-95. We have multiple themed set designs, a 13ft ceiling, roman clay archways, stairs, and a concrete platform that create a rustic vibe for stunning photos and videos. Fully renovated 2000 SF studio inside the Miller Commons Shopping Center. It's perfectly maintained, clean, and safe. GREAT FOR: fashion brands, eCommerce, product shots, content creation, maternity, jewelry, engagement, headshots/group, influencers, etc. Check out our IG @haute.thestudio for more visuals, and give us a follow! LIGHT: Controlled bright overhead lighting is perfect for shooting content using your mobile phone. 10 Super Bright LED Linear Lights. 5000K daylight white and 4500lm ultra brightness. We welcome virtual and in-person tours. ALSO INCLUDED IN BOOKING: - All pictured furniture is included in bookings - Makeup & changing area (LED vanity mirror and shelf, curtained dressing room) - One folding table available (ask the host) - Jiffy Steamer - 1 Garment rack - Large rolling fan - 4 Apple Boxes - 2 extension cords - ask in advance to use: 2 sand bags, a foldable wagon, one ladder *Check the "add-ons" section for paper backdrop color options, product photography box, lights, and more! PARKING: We are located inside the Miller Commons Shopping Plaza, where you and your guests have plenty of parking. Hours: Monday and Saturday: 7 AM - 7 PM REFUNDS: No refunds if canceled less than 24hr before the booking or for no-shows. There are no refunds for unused time. If you wrap early, there are no refunds as we have blocked that time off, planned employee hours, and schedule cleaning, and cannot get those hours back which could have gone to another potential guest. Enhanced Health and Safety Measures
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking: - Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space. - Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol. - Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms and entrances. - Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable. - Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
Cancellation Policy
Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
