Barnfire Creative is an open concept industrial production company in the heart of East Nashville. Boasting a minimalist analog aesthetic in a modern setting, the studio is fully modular and able to rearrange as needed for a variety of creative needs. Its high ceilings, natural light and over 1500 sq/ft of usable space offer an ideal environment for photography/videography productions, as a writing room or rehearsal space, or to host your next listening party or intimate performance. Additional amenities include drive-up load in, a cozy kitchenette for coffee & snack breaks, and a full bathroom for wardrobe changes and makeup.

Enhanced Health and Safety Measures

All common areas are disinfected in between uses. Bathroom is deep cleaned regularly. Garage door can be opened to allow for greater ventilation. Professional cleaning quarterly or as needed.

Cancellation Policy

Standard 30 day

Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and 7 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than 7 days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
All Bookings are subject to Peerspace’s Grace Period policy which provides a full refund for Bookings cancelled within 24 hours from receipt of a Booking Confirmation but no later than 48 hours prior to the Event start time.
