The driveway will fit up to three vehicles and there is plenty of on street parking.

1. No illegal substances allowed on the property. 2. If you are caught smoking or vaping inside the property or if there is any evidence of it, you will be charged an additional $200 fee, along with any damage that might have been caused. Please refrain from smoking or vaping inside the home. 3. No eating or drinking in bedrooms. 4. Respect quiet hours from 11 PM to 8 AM. 5. Please inform host immediately if anything is damaged. 6. Furniture arrangements are not to be changed. 7. No house parties allowed, exterior security cameras and noise monitoring are in place. 8. The person who made the booking must stay at the home during the indicated dates. If they can't stay, please let us know so we can update the reservation. 9. If you leave behind any items, we will reach out to you twice to try and retrieve them. If shipping is necessary, you will be responsible for the shipping cost or a minimum fee of $20, whichever is higher. 10. Host not responsible for third party interruptions such as power, cell service, water or internet. 11. If your stay exceeds 30 days, there will be extra charges for a deep cleaning, along with a mid-monthly light cleaning and property inspection.
