About the Space
Welcome creatives! Our light-filled studio is the perfect space for dance, yoga, fitness, rehearsals, photoshoots, videoshoots, auditions, workshops, retreats, and more It features a spacious studio area with wall-length mirrors, kitchenette, lounge area, glamorous dressing room, and a private bathroom. Included in each booking is a class set of yoga blocks, chairs, high-quality speaker, and free Wi-Fi With our beautiful natural lighting and aesthetic old hollywood decor, our space can be used for just about anything. Come create your MOOD! Weekday Mornings/Afternoons: $50/hr Weeknights & Weekends: $60/hr
Small snacks/drinks allowed in kitchen and lobby area only. Meals or catering not allowed

- Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
- Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels

- Space has access to outdoor air ventilation
- Narrow passages have arrows for bi-directional traffic

10/10 experience!! Everything was perfect! From the communication to the studio! This is my first time booking from Peerspace, and it was the perfect space for a bridal shower. 1. Communication - even before booking the space, I reached out to the host to see space before booking, and she readily agreed and gave me a tour. She was also very responsive before and after booking the space. Answered all my questions. I received all the necessary information to get in and out of the space promptly. And even during the event, if I had any questions the host was responsive. Towards the end of the booking I realized I might need to extend, and I reached out to host, she responded right away and made sure it was accommodated. I really appreciated the communication, as I have experienced no show/ no communication on this app before. 2. The space - absolutely perfect! The space really went well with our party theme. But overall, it’s a really cute space. It’s pretty big, enough to fit long tables to fit 30 people atleast. The dressing room and the kitchen also are really well equipped. We utilized a lot of the items that came with the space, very helpful and extra spot light was also very helpful. Overall the place is very equipped, clean and cute. And the host is definitely a girls girl, the necessities in the dressing room was soo cute. If you’re looking to host something I would definitely recommend this space. The host is really sweet and responsive and the space is really nice.

First of all Marcella is incredibly responsive and helpful. The studio is much bigger than it looks in the photo, I had 8 women singing and moving and could have easily had 15. It’s very clean and beautifully designed and the little kitchen area is so helpful. The only thing I would have liked that wasn’t available, would be filtered water for refilling water bottles. Overall one of the nicest studios I’ve used in ages, now it’s on my favorites list, I’ll definitely be back! Thanks Marcella, what a lovely place.
